Factory Colt SP61698 Take Down Pin Detent. This is the smaller detent used in the lower receiver to retain the rear take-down pin on M16, M4, and AR-15 platforms.
It works with the corresponding detent spring to keep the take-down pin securely in place while allowing it to be pushed out for field stripping. Essential small part for builds, repairs, or as a spare. Sold individually.
