Colt D-Bolt Spring SP50381 – Factory Original for D-Frame Revolvers
Factory original Colt SP50381 D-Bolt Spring (also called the bolt spring or cylinder latch spring). This small internal component is used in classic Colt “D” Frame revolvers, most notably the Colt Detective Special and Colt Diamondback.
It maintains the proper tension on the cylinder latch/bolt so the cylinder indexes and locks up correctly during operation. Essential replacement part for restoring proper function on these vintage Colt revolvers. Sold as a factory original component.
