Definitely much better handguard up against a S&W or any other brand. I compare it with another brand side by side and the heat shield on the Colt is much better design and more robust, you can definitely see the difference.

Fits perfectly on my Colt LE6920. Considering it's a used part, couldn't be happier with it. Even has epoxy on the inside of both top and bottom, so it's sturdy and snug.

They look brand new. No scratches, snapped right into place! Well worth it!
