    Product Description

    The Colt AR15A4/M16A4 Barreled Upper Assembly is used on current issue M16A4 model rifles as well as civilian AR15A4 model rifles. This upper receiver allows for a free-floated barrel and also features a gas-block mounted fixed front sight post with bayonet lug and flat picatinny top. The barrel is Colt's standard 20" chrome lined M16 barrel with an A2 flash hider up front. No BCG included.

    • 20 Inch 1/7 twist Mil-Spec chrome lined MP tested barrel
    • Unique direct gas operating system eliminates the conventional operating rod and results in fewer and lighter components
    • Accommodates the full range of 5.56mm ammunition, including the NATO M855/SS109 and U.S. M193, utilizing a rifling twist of 1 turn in 7"
    • Straight-line construction disperses recoil straight back to the shoulder, increasing handling capabilities, especially during repeated fire
    • Cartridge case deflector allows easy operation in both right and left handed shooting positions for increased tactical applications
    • Muzzle compensator further reduces muzzle climb and helps eliminate flash and dust signatures
    • Ejection port cover protects the chamber from dust and mud
    • Field strips easily without special tools for simple field user maintenance
    • Flat top receiver allows for removable carrying handle and easy mounting of accessories
    • High strength materials for greater comfort and effectiveness

      Nice upper COLT sold us out again ,no more sale to the public i missed my chance to to own the COLT A4 but the upper gave me a clone with a COLT match target lower very happy with price fast shipping .

      I have just received this Colt upper and could not be more pleased than to see the original box with manual included , and the upper assembly. Indeed a top quality product but unfortunately Colt will be stopping ar-15 production and these will be very hard to find.

      Everything about it is perfect, especially at the AU price. Colt made a mistake and sent out the wrong uppers causing a minor setback with the order. Definitely not Arms Unlimited's fault but they were great to communicate with and made everything right as quickly as possible. I'm happy I didn't hold off on ordering because these are brand new Colt M16A4 upper assemblies for $xxx with free shipping. At that price I'm very tempted to order another before they're out of stock again. Thank you Arms Unlimited for the excellent service.

      The Upper was marked with the Colt cage code instead of a C proof, barrel is C marked, chrome bore. Wish upper has a C proof, but it is the new way, Brother!
