      Colt Ambidextrous w/ Cage code

      Received the colt ambidextrous safety. It came in a plastic bag disassembled. The small selector has colts Cage Code etched on the bottom side. Appears to be a real colt. Not sure why another person claimed it is a Chinese knock off.

      Mil-spec, has the S stamp. I run Colt ambi safety’s in all my AR’s.

      I was worried it wouldnt have Colts cage code or short lever after seeing these reviews. When I got it in it does have both! It however doesnt seem to be a Schmid because no S on opposite lever. Has detent spots on both sides so can be swapped from left to right. Exactly what I wanted to complete my M4!

      Comes in a sealed bag, with the selector completely covered in a thick, semi-sticky oil/preservative. Had to clean the piece in acetone to get it all off. I'm assuming it probably came from Colt like that. Other than that, it's a solid piece and is exactly what you would think it is.
